Rachael Clamp, a member of the PA Cooperative team, has been named as one of the 100 most influential Women in Westminster (WiW100) for 2025.
The #WiW100 recognises outstanding female leadership in politics and public services over the past year.
The list includes household names like Deputy Prime Minister Angela Rayner MP, Conservative Party leader Kemi Badenoch MP, Chancellor Rachel Reeves MP and cross bench peer and former athlete Baroness Tanni Grey-Thompson.
It also features senior civil servants, business people and journalists, including the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg and Rain Newton-Smith, Chief Executive of the CBI.
Rachael Clamp is founder and director of Ardesey Ltd and works as an Associate with PA Coop, supporting its political engagement, especially at party conferences and meetings of All-Party Parliamentary Groups at Westminster. Rachael is also a former President of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).
The #WiW100 honoured Rachael for her advocacy work and campaigning for ethical lobbying with the CIPR, empowering young people in politics, and championing gender diversity, particularly in the defence sector. The listings said of Rachael: “She is a public relations leader who does not just aspire to deliver results for her clients. She is also determined to change the public relations industry itself for the better.”
Neil Cuthbert, Director of PA Cooperative, said: “PA Cooperative extends our warmest congratulations to Rachael on her well-deserved inclusion in the Top 100 Women in Westminster. Our collaboration with Rachael on political engagement and events has consistently highlighted her exceptional professionalism and unwavering commitment to achieving results. She possesses a remarkable ability to navigate complex political environments while fostering strong relationships across a diverse range of contacts. Rachael’s expertise is complemented by her genuine willingness to support colleagues and her dedication to raising the bar for public affairs work. Her influence, leadership, and guidance undoubtedly strengthen our profession.”
Rachael Clamp said: “It is a real honour to be included among such an inspiring group of women, although I still feel a bit awkward about accepting the praise and recognition I’ve had from my colleagues who did this submission in secret. I’m happy to be able to continue to shine a light on the need for ethical lobbying, youth engagement in politics, and improving gender diversity in defence. Hopefully these issues will be better recognised through my place in this year’s Top 100 Women in Westminster.”
